下層單位業主受滲水影響一段時間，亦一直未能找出滲水源頭，因此上層及下層單位業共同聘請正恆公證行協助尋找滲水源頭及撰寫公證報告。

最後發現上層單位防水層欠妥導致滲水問題發生。
