香港國際機埸Innovation Lab 天花發現不時有滲水及滴水問題發生。

由於未能確定滲水源頭，因此聘請正恆公正行協助尋找滲水源頭及撰寫公證報告。

最後發現滲水源頭是上層單位更衣室防水欠妥，導致滲水問題發生。
